Crypto Portfolio Value Calculator
Value a crypto portfolio from your own holdings and prices, with unrealised result, concentration and the largest position.

Portfolio trackers generally want an account, an exchange connection or a set of read-only API keys. This one wants a list of holdings typed into a box, which is why it can promise that nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere.
Enter each asset with its quantity, your average cost and the current price, and it produces the total value, the unrealised result, the return, and - usually the most informative output - how much of the portfolio is sitting in a single position.

Prices are the ones you entered. This tool has no market data feed, which is also why nothing you type ever leaves your browser.
Concentration is worth watching: when one position dominates the allocation column, the portfolio return is really that position’s return.

How to use the crypto portfolio value calculator
- Add one line per holding: symbol, quantity, average cost, current price.
- Enter any cash or stablecoin balance separately.
- Read the unrealised result and the return percentage.
- Check the largest position as a share of the total.
What people use this for
- Valuing a portfolio without connecting an exchange account.
- Checking how concentrated the allocation has become after a large move.
- Seeing the unrealised result across every position at once.
- Preparing figures before rebalancing.
Worked examples
Every figure below is produced by running this calculator against the example inputs, so the numbers always match the tool.
A four-asset portfolio
Holdings valued at current prices with a cash balance.
- Portfolio value
- $63,944
- Unrealised result
- $18,016
- Largest position weight
- 41.64%
A concentrated portfolio
The same account with most of the value in one asset.
- Portfolio value
- $109,832
- Return on cost
- 53.04%
- Largest position weight
- 92.36%
Concentration arrives without a decision
A portfolio built as four equal positions does not stay that way. The asset that performs becomes a larger share of the total automatically, and after a strong run the allocation can be dominated by one holding that nobody chose to overweight.
The largest-position figure is there to make that visible. When one holding is most of the value, the portfolio return is really that holding’s return and the others are decoration.
Crypto correlation makes diversification thinner than it looks
A portfolio of eight different tokens is not eight independent bets. Crypto assets have historically moved together in sharp market-wide moves, and precisely when diversification would be most valuable.
Counting holdings is not measuring diversification. The concentration calculator on the stock portfolio site takes this further, and the same caution applies with more force here.
Prices are yours, and that is deliberate
This has no price feed, no exchange connection and no API keys. Every price is one you typed, which means the valuation is a snapshot rather than a live figure.
The trade is straightforward: no live updating, and in exchange nothing about your holdings is ever transmitted, stored or associated with you.
Methodology and assumptions
What this calculator does, and what it deliberately does not do.
- Results are arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Nothing here predicts prices or connects to an exchange, broker or market data feed.
- Nothing you type is transmitted or stored - the calculation runs entirely inside your browser.
This tool is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency, derivative or digital asset. No price is predicted and no return is promised or implied.
Trading and investing carry the risk of substantial loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Leveraged products can produce losses that exceed your deposit. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and your circumstances.
Frequently asked questions
Does this connect to my exchange?
No. There is no API connection, no read-only key and no account. Everything is entered manually, which is what makes the privacy promise possible.
Are the prices live?
No. They are the prices you enter. This site has no market data feed of any kind.
Is my portfolio saved?
Not by this tool. The calculation runs in the page and nothing is stored or transmitted.
Is this investment advice?
No. It is arithmetic on figures you supply, for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing here recommends an asset or an allocation.
